It is a great pleasure and honor for us to announce that the Founder and Chief Advisor of ImmuOn Therapeutics, Dr. David Chien has been appointed to the Board of Regents of Harris Manchester College of University of Oxford. UK

Dr. Chien has 35 years biopharmaceutical industry experience and the founder of YinTech Consulting. Previoulsy Chien was the Senior Director of Research at Novartis Corporation responsible for R&D related functions that included technology evaluation and developed nucleic acid based assay for blood testing in the US. Prior to his work with Novartis, Dr. Chien was Senior Director of Research and Development at Chiron Corporation where he was responsible for R&D related functions that included research and product development for diagnostics, blood testing, vaccine development and protein drug development etc. His major accomplishments included projects on HCV discovery, product development for HCV, HBV, HIV, WNV, Prion disease, and liver cancer etc.

Dr. Chien received his PhD in Biophysics from University of California at Berkeley and his range of experience includes, technology transfer, product development, regulatory compliance for both diagnostic products, vaccine products and protein drugs, intellectual property submission, process development, and technology assessment and evaluation experience in the field of biotechnology & medical devices.
